♥ July 2013 Favorites ♥

heyy girls,

I can't believe that July is already gone! It's crazy! That means that school is coming soon...oh well! Anyway, today I'm here to present you the products that I've been loving during the month of July. This month I have makeup and fashion favorites! I also have an unfavorite of the month...and a little story (not really) that comes with it ;)

**I also have a website that I've been obsessed with to show you (it isn't sponsored)**

My first favorite of the month is my Pink Sugar perfume. I LOVE this scent. It is a very sweet scent that smells just like vanilla :)

If you read my last "Product I've used up" post, you know that I've finished my Elizabeth Arden eye makeup remover. So I had to use another one and here it is... Marcelle Essentials Gentle Make-up remover. It doesn't irritate my eyes like the Elizabeth Arden one and it removes my eye makeup somewhat easily. Of course, it isn't as good as the other one but it is a cheaper alternative ;)

A couple of months ago, I purchased this Maybelline Fit me concealer in 10. I thought that this was the lightest shade. Unfortunately, it wasn't. At that time it was way too orange and dark for me. Since it is summer and I am tan now (not really), it fits me! Yeah! I've been loving this product for my under eye circles. It's very light and it blends easily.

My next favorite for July is this nailpolish that I got in my Ipsy bag. It is Mai Tai by Nailtini. I LOVE Nailtini nailpolishes. The brush is big enough that you can do an entire nail with one swipe. The pigmentation is great, as usual, and it stays on for a long time.

I don't know if I've ever talked to you about those Covergirl Naturelux gloss balms but I love how moisturizing they are. It also gives a good amount of color on your lips. I've been loving this gloss balm in the color 205 Tulip. It's also great for the summer time since it contains SPF 15.

I also I've been loving this Revlon Lip Butter in the color Strawberry Shortcake. It is, again, a very moisturizing lip product. I just think that those Lip Butters are perfect for summer since you don't want to wear heavy makeup. It feels very light on the lips and the color is buildable.

I've also been loving another product that came in my Ipsy bag which is the Coola Face moisturizer SPF 20. I use this as my everyday moisturizer and I LOVE it! Seriously, this stuff is amazing as a moisturizer. It leaves your skin so soft and it protects it from the sun as the same time. I'm glad I got to try out this product!

The last thing the I've been loving this month is this hair elastic from Sephora. I wear it everyday as a bracelet but when I want to put my hair up I just use it for this purpose.

The Unfavorite of July 2013

A week ago, I put my sunglasses case on my nightstand. I let it there for a couple of days and one night I decided to put it back in my purse. When I tried to grab it, I realized that it was kind of glued on my nightstand. I pulled it harder and it came off. I put it in my purse and when I came back, I saw that it had made a big hot pink stain on my white nightstand. I was PISSED OFF. Later, my dad removed the stain with a little bit of nailpolish remover but let me tell you that I will NEVER EVER buy a sunglasses case from Bizou again. So, I don't like this case because of the poor quality...

Website that I've been obsessed with!

This month, I've been obsessed with the website Swagbucks! Basically, this website is a website where you answered polls to get points. With those points, you can buy Sephora gift cards, Starbucks gift cards, Paypal, Amazon, etc... I think it is international and it is very easy to accumulate points. It is free and you can subscribe here.

I hope you enjoyed reading this post,

☆ Bedtime Routine : Summer Edition ☆

heyy girls,

a couple of days ago I did my Morning Routine : Summer Routine so I've decided to do a bedtime routine. Tell me in the comments if you want me to do a Back to School series! I would do easy hairstyles, quick makeup, school supplies haul, etc.

Here are the products that I use before going to bed...

The first thing that I do is removing my eye makeup. I use the Marcelle Essential's gentle make-up remover. I like to pour some on a cotton round and press it on my eye for 10-15 seconds. It helps to remove the eye makeup faster. I have to say that I miss my Elizabeth Arden Eye and Lip makeup remover but this makeup remover does a good job too.

Next, I use the Bioderma Sensibio H2O. I pour some on a cotton round and remove my face makeup. If I wore foundation or BB cream that day, I usually use a cleanser after this step (the same that I use on the morning).

After, I moisturize my face with the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel. It is a great light moisturizer for the summer. As you can see I'm almost out of it :(

Products I've used up #2

heyy girls,

today I'm going to show you the products that I've used up and I'll kind of give you a little review of each product at the same time. I've been accumulating those products for two months now. The products are presented in no particular order :)

The first product that I've used up is my Elizabeth Arden Eye and Lip makeup remover. I LOVED this product so much and I'm sad that I finished it up. Unfortunately, I won't be repurchasing because of the price and because it did irritate my eyes a little bit.

The next product that I've finished up is the Maybelline The Rocket Mascara. I have to say that at first I really hated it but after it dried out a bit I really enjoyed it, then I started to hate it again. I don't know why I have a such love/hate relationship with it. I hated it because it clumped my lashes AND it didn't give me length at all.
I might want to try the Covergirl Clump Crusher...tell me in the comments if you've tried it and if so, what do you think about it! Should I buy it or not?

This product is also a mascara. It is the Covergirl Lashperfection mascara. I LOVED this mascara so much! It gave me length and a little bit of volume. It is such a perfect everyday mascara! I would and I will repurchase it!

I've also used up the Yves Rocher Radiance Corrector Pen in 01. I did like this concealer to brighten up the under eye area. It didn't conceal that much but it was okay. I won't be repurchasing it though because I don't think it is worth its price and you can find better under eye concealer for less at the drugstore.

Sadly, I've used up my Bath & Body Works hand sanitizer in Warm Vanilla Sugar. It is my favorite smell from B&BW and I will definitely be repurchasing more bottles of those anti-bacterial Pocket Bac.

The last thing that I've used up is this bag of cosmetic pads from the brand Personnelle. They are cheap and does the job but I think that next time I'll buy the bigger ones. If you were wondering about the reusable cosmetic pads from Les Tendances d'Emma, I am still using them but I use non reusable when I don't have any clean cosmetic pads left.

♥ July Ipsy Bag 2013 ♥

Heyy girls,

Today I got home and I saw that my Ipsy bag has arrived! If you don't know what is Ipsy, well...it is a monthly subscription bag where you pay 10$ a month to receive sample of skincare, makeup and hair products. Here is what I received for the July 2013 Ipsy bag...

**I apologize for the quality of the pictures. I took them with my Iphone because I forgot my camera.**

I love the packaging! I love how pretty it is in hot pink with the Ipsy logo in white...I like it a lot than my Topbox.

Here is everything that I received in my hot pink bubble wrap enveloppe...

The first thing that I got is the Sexy Hair Soy Renewal Beach Spray. I am very excited to try it out. I love that it is a good size sample ;)

The bag for the month of July is this hot pink translucent makeup bag. I don't know why but it makes me think of the pool when I look at it... It has been crushed during the travel but I don't really mind.

The first thing that I took out of the makeup bag is this Coola Face Moisturizer with a mineral sunscreen in it of SPF 20. It is an organic suncare and it is unscented. I'm VERY excited to try it out!!

The next thing that I got is the Nailtini nail polish in Mai Tai. I LOVE Nailtini nail polishes so I am SUPER excited to add this new nailpolish to my collection. I also love the color, it is a beautiful red with orange undertones.

I also got the BH cosmetics California Collection eyeshadow sample. It has 3 eyeshadows in it from 3 different new eyeshadow palettes from BH cosmetics. I don't really like the purple since it is kind of chalky and not very pigmented but the two other colors are very good quality in my opinion.

The last thing that I got in my Ipsy bag is this Pop beauty Pouty Pop Crayon in Coral Crush. It is very pigmented which makes the application a bit difficult but it is still a great product.

☼ Morning Routine: Summer Edition ☼

heyy girls,

today I am going to show you every steps that I do each morning during the summer time to get ready. Also, tell me in the comments what you would want me to do next!

**My hand is saying hi!** ;)

The first thing that I do when I wake up is scrolling through Instagram. I usually give myself a little 5 minutes before grabbing my phone, so I don't immediately take my phone when I wake up ;)

After going on Instagram, I like to go on the Blogger app. I respond to your comments and sometimes I continue writing a post that I didn't finish the night before.

When I'm done with Blogger, I go on Hellocoton. I read interesting post from the beauty bloggers that I follow and I look what's hot now on Hellocoton.

When I finished, I put down my phone and I open my computer. I go on Youtube and I watch itsJudysLife, which is a daily vlog. I also watch the LeFloofTV daily vlogs if I missed it the day before.

👜 What's in my purse? : Summer Edition 👜

Heyy girls,

Today I'm here with a post that I've never done before. I am going to show you what I carry in my purse. I bought this purse from a store named Bentley and it is from the brand d-fusion. It is a brown cross body bag made with an imitation of leather. Here is what it looks like...

The only thing that I keep in my back pocket is my keys since it isn't deep enough to keep my phone in there. That way I can also easily find my keys.

Here is what the inside of my purse looks like when you first open it up...

In my purse I keep my big wallet which is from the same brand as my handbag. I love this wallet because it has a lot of room in it and I love the color too!
I also keep a little black bag that hold my feminine products.
In my big hot pink sunglasses case that I keep in my purse I have my aviator sunglasses that I bought from Ardene.
The last thing that I keep in there is my sunscreen. It is by Neutrogena and I LOVE this sunscreen ;)

In the inside pocket of my purse I keep lip products, a perfume and sometimes some Advils and stuff like that ;) I have the Lovestruck by Very Wang perfume, Revlon Lip Butter in Pink Limonade, Benefit Sugarbomb lipgloss and Nivea Lip Butter lip balm.

The last two things that I keep in my purse is my cellphone which is the Iphone 4 and a pair of white headphones. I keep those two things in the little side pockets as you can see in the pictures below...

**I am wearing Essie Under Where? on those pictures.**

☀ TOP 5 Lip products for Summer ☀

heyy girls,

welcome back on my blog! Today I will show you my top 5 lip products for the summer time. Don't hesitate to leave me a comment below telling me YOUR top 5! ;)

**This will be in no particular order**

#5 L'Oreal Paris Caresse Lip Stain in Rose On and On.

Lip stains are perfect for the summer time because they stay on your lips forever. I love the lip stains from L'Oreal because you can layer the product for more vibrant results and it isn't drying. I LOVE the smell and the consistency! It feels like fresh water on your lips, literally.

You can find these at the drugstore or online. There is a good shade selection from nude to super bright. I highly recommend those L'Oreal Paris Caresse Lip Stain for the summer time. I would describe the Rose On and On shade as medium pink.

#4 Revlon Lip Butter in 090 Sweet Tart

You have probably already heard about them since they were raved A LOT on Youtube and on the Blogging world. They are really THAT good. They are moisturizing, they give great color pay off AND they are in a pink packaging. What's better than that, huh?

Anyway, if you haven't tried one of these yet I'm telling you, you HAVE to go to the drugstore after reading my post ;) Again, Revlon has a great shade selection for those Lip Butter. I would describe the Sweet Tart shade as your typical magenta pink.
#3 Maybelline Color Whisper in Pin Up Peach

Color Whisper lipsticks are very similar to the Revlon Lip Butter. Except that they are less buttery but not in a bad way. By that I mean that the texture is different but they are still very moisturizing. I find that they stay on a little bit longer than the Revlon Lip butter since they are less slippery...

You can find them at the drugstore at a very reasonable price. I would describe this color lipstick as a medium pink with a hint of peach.
#2 Lise Watier Haute Couleur Lipgloss in Stylista

I feel like this product would be more a liquid lipstick than a gloss. Seriously, the pigmentation is CRAZY! You can layer the product to get a more vibrant color on your lips. It last a long time on your lips and it has a nice glossy finish.

I would describe the Stylista shade has a gorgeous magenta with purple undertones.
 #1 Benefit Benetint

This product is AMAZING. It looks so natural and adds a flush of pink/red on the lips. It last ALL day and doesn't dry out your lips. I love how a little bit goes a long way.

This next product doesn't have anything to do with my Top 5 lip products for Summer but I thought that since I just showed you some lip stains I could also show you my favorite lip makeup remover. It is the Elizabeth Arden All Gone Eye and Lip Makeup Remover. It is awesome at removing eye makeup too ;)

I hope you enjoyed this post,

Makeup look with Boho cosmetics + review

heyy girls,

a couple of weeks ago Boho Cosmetics, which is an ecological makeup brand, sent me some products that I chose from their website. I had time to really test them out and I am here today to give you my honest opinion about those products.

I thought also that I could recreate my "go-to makeup look" and an easy hairstyle to show you what it looks like. Basically, the tutorial that I am going to show you is what I would wear if I have 5-10 minutes before I absolutely have to leave the house to go somewhere.

Look

1) Apply your favorite BB cream or CC cream of the moment. I am using the Maybelline Dream Fresh BB cream in Light. I did a review of this product here.

2) Apply some under eye concealer under your eyes to erase those dark circles.

3) Use a big powder brush and apply some powder to set the makeup in place.

4) Take a blush brush and apply a nice soft pink blush on your cheeks.

5) Use your favorite liquid liner and apply a thin line on your upper lash line.
**Tips & tricks: Put a little bit of eyeshadow primer along your upper lash line before applying the liquid liner. That way, it will help the liner stays on longer especially if yours isn't waterproof.
